अब्भुट्ठिओ सूत्रઅબ્ભુટ્ઠિઓ સૂત્ર Jain Sutra

  1. इच्छाकारेण संदिसह भगवन्! अब्भुट्ठिओमि अब्भिंतर-देवसिअं खामेउं? इच्छं, खामेमि देवसिअं.

    ઇચ્છાકારેણ સંદિસહ ભગવન્! અબ્ભુટ્ઠિઓમિ અબ્ભિંતર-દેવસિઅં ખામેઉં? ઇચ્છં, ખામેમિ દેવસિઅં.

    Ichchhakarena Sandisah Bhagavan! Abbhutthiomi Abbhintar-Devasiam Khameum? Ichchham, Khamemi Devasiam.

    Revered one, grant me leave as you wish: I have risen to ask forgiveness for the faults of this day. (May I?) I accept; I ask forgiveness for the faults of the day.

  2. जं किंचि अपत्तिअं, परपत्तिअं, भत्ते, पाणे, विणए, वेयावच्चे, आलावे, संलावे, उच्चासणे, समासणे, अंतरभासाए, उवरिभासाए, जं किंचि मज्झ विणय-परिहीणं, सुहुमं वा बायरं वा, तुब्भे जाणह, अहं न जाणामि, तस्स मिच्छा मि दुक्कडं.

    જં કિંચિ અપત્તિઅં, પરપત્તિઅં, ભત્તે, પાણે, વિણએ, વેયાવચ્ચે, આલાવે, સંલાવે, ઉચ્ચાસણે, સમાસણે, અંતરભાસાએ, ઉવરિભાસાએ, જં કિંચિ મજ્ઝ વિણય-પરિહીણં, સુહુમં વા બાયરં વા, તુબ્ભે જાણહ, અહં ન જાણામિ, તસ્સ મિચ્છા મિ દુક્કડં.

    Jam Kinchi Apattiam, Parapattiam, Bhatte, Pane, Vinae, Veyavachche, Alave, Sanlave, Uchchasane, Samasane, Antarabhasae, Uvaribhasae, Jam Kinchi Majjha Vinaya-Parihinam, Suhumam Va Bayaram Va, Tubbhe Janah, Aham Na Janami, Tassa Michchha Mi Dukkadam.

    Whatever displeasure, slight or great, I have caused you in food, in drink, in courtesy, in service, in speaking once or at length, in sitting higher than you or level with you, in cutting into your speech or speaking over you, whatever lack of respect there was on my part, subtle or gross, which you know and I do not: may that wrong of mine be undone.

About Abbhutthio Sutra

Also called the Guru Khamana Sutra. The disciple rises before the guru and asks forgiveness for any disrespect of the day: in food and drink, in service, in speech, in where they sat and in interrupting, whether noticed or not. In the evening it says devasiam (of the day); at other times the word changes, for example raiam (of the night).
