पंचिंदिय सूत्रપંચિંદિય સૂત્ર Jain Sutra

पंचिंदिय-संवरणो, तह नवविह-बंभचेर-गुत्तिधरो, चउविह-कसाय-मुक्को, इअ अट्ठारस-गुणेहिं संजुत्तो.
પંચિંદિય-સંવરણો, તહ નવવિહ-બંભચેર-ગુત્તિધરો, ચઉવિહ-કસાય-મુક્કો, ઇઅ અટ્ઠારસ-ગુણેહિં સંજુત્તો.
Panchindiya-Samvarano, Tah Navavih-Bambhachera-Guttidharo, Chauvih-Kasaya-Mukko, Ia Attharas-Gunehim Sanjutto.
Restraining the five senses, keeping the nine safeguards of celibacy, free of the four passions: endowed with these eighteen virtues,

पंच-महव्वय-जुत्तो, पंचविहायार-पालण-समत्थो, पंच-समिओ ति-गुत्तो, छत्तीस-गुणो गुरू मज्झ.
પંચ-મહવ્વય-જુત્તો, પંચવિહાયાર-પાલણ-સમત્થો, પંચ-સમિઓ તિ-ગુત્તો, છત્તીસ-ગુણો ગુરૂ મજ્ઝ.
Pancha-Mahavvaya-Jutto, Panchavihayara-Palana-Samattho, Pancha-Samio Ti-Gutto, Chhattisa-Guno Guru Majjha.
bound by the five great vows, able to keep the five kinds of conduct, careful in the five samitis and guarded by the three guptis: such is my guru, with thirty-six virtues.
About Panchindiya Sutra
Also called the Guru Sthapana Sutra. It lists the 36 virtues of an acharya. Most rituals are done in the presence of a guru, so when no guru is present it is recited with the hand held over a book or a sthapanacharya to install the guru's presence there.
