नवकार मंत्रનવકાર મંત્ર Jain Sutra

  1. नमो अरिहंताणं नमो सिद्धाणं नमो आयरियाणं नमो उवज्झायाणं नमो लोए सव्वसाहूणं

    નમો અરિહંતાણં નમો સિદ્ધાણં નમો આયરિયાણં નમો ઉવજ્ઝાયાણં નમો લોએ સવ્વસાહૂણં

    Namo Arihantanam Namo Siddhanam Namo Ayariyanam Namo Uvajjhayanam Namo Loe Savva Sahunam

    I bow to the Arihants, who have conquered the inner enemies. I bow to the Siddhas, the liberated souls. I bow to the Acharyas, the heads of the order. I bow to the Upadhyayas, the teachers of the scriptures. I bow to all the Sadhus in the world.

  2. एसो पंच नमुक्कारो सव्व पावप्पणासणो मंगलाणं च सव्वेसिं पढमं हवइ मंगलं

    એસો પંચ નમુક્કારો સવ્વ પાવપ્પણાસણો મંગલાણં ચ સવ્વેસિં પઢમં હવઇ મંગલં

    Eso Pancha Namukkaro Savva Pavappanasano Mangalanam Cha Savvesim Padhamam Havai Mangalam

    This fivefold salutation destroys all sins, and of all that is auspicious it is the foremost auspiciousness.

About Navkar Mantra

The first five lines are the salutation itself. The last four lines, called the chulika, state its fruit and are part of the Shwetambar recitation. In the Digambar tradition the text is usually called the Namokar Mantra and each line begins with णमो (Ṇamo).
